Absolutely love this place! High end, Palo Alto type studio on the Little Rock, Cayman. In my opinion, the instructors are all 1st round draft picks as well.

I went to Grand Cayman for vacation and went to Bliss studio for a yoga class. Jeri was the instructor and it was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken. I’m a very new yogi, and I think this class was perfect and welcoming for all levels. (I think somewhere on trip advisor or some other website, someone complained on a review about this studio being pretentious. THAT COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!). In fact, on my way out of the class, I met a couple of the other instructors, and they were as nice as they could be. Wish I could go back regularly!

I have used Bliss for over 10 years since living on island. Having had previous back and neck injuries yoga has been a great way to gain awareness of the importance in core development. The team at Bliss helped me tailor my training specifically for this. They are professional and highly experienced. I would recommend any of the instructors. If your just in town for a visit the walk in classes are great, super friendly and a good value.
