As my name suggests I am actually not happy with brainpulse technogies services. Since last four days I am trying to call support and techincals but no one is responding. This is really worst service in the whole market. Phone rings and no one pick it up. I tried all the numbers provided on the website multiple times even on skype chat but no response. Literally these guys are too weird. One picked up and did not responded . Something is fishy with this company. I did a big mistake having my domain with them. They don't care about you. I am switching my domain to another hosting provider. F***K You Brainpulse

Bed hosting services and worst customer care. Only company website (Brainpluse) runs regular other customers websites shutdown time to time for 2 to 3 days. It happened minimum 2 times in one month. Customer care personals do not picked phones. Generally, they move phone on other number...........

Mr. Tarun Gupta, you are in service industry and you can not afford 1 support team working on holidays. Tried calling in office and the support team i was in touch but non phone working. Customer satisfaction is more important than just selling services to them. I have faced such issues many times and even i called you. but seems management is not taking responsibility so staff, how they can??Will request you to look into your services as there is improvement required.

We are getting server issue since last 15 days and no one is providing the solutions. I called him many times but nobody is responding and thus now we have planned to switch the hosting provider. The Support team response is very poor and will not recommend to buy hosting Or any service from brainpulse as they guys never responding on time. No management properly, only they guys are selling the products but maintenance and service are very very very poor. NOT GOOD

known as cheater. The owners can cheat you by misleading and will not share every credentials even after receiving complete payment. Once you grow they will take all loopholes and will blackmail to you.
