What was the best part of the experience?

Good communicator but once they get your money, they do nothing for you. We are still waiting for our refund.

What would you change about the experience?

After we started to work with Ranking by SEO and paying $2,150 we experienced a 20% drop in orders and 38% drop in overall revenue plus many keywords dropped in ranking. When we contacted the company they insisted on upgrading our plan to Enterprise. They also mentioned we have to be patient and wait several months to see any results. Terrible experience.
