I will have to say, I regret to change my rating from 5 stars. The only reason I give this company 3 stars is because through their entire process, they have been nothing but professional, friendly, and somewhat helpful.However, after using SearchKings for months and communicating with them on a very regular basis, I have to say that I am fairly disappointed in the results. While I feel that in all fairness, I don't live in a highly concentrated metropolitan area, I still expected to see a much higher ROI. I'm not in a rural area, either.Every time I spoke with my rep, he encouraged me to give it a few more weeks, or a month, before making a decision, however I never really saw a reason to keep giving my ads more time. I feel I spent thousands of dollars without seeing any real results. I'm afraid Google ad words just don't deliver for small businesses the way they try to indicate, which isn't directly searchKings fault, but it is the platform they choose to favor.
